Rene Herse Light Switch

Switch the lights of your bike on or off by simply turning the top cap of your stem! The knurled sides are easy to operate even with gloves, and the laser-engraved logos show whether your lights are on or off. Superlight construction with hollowed-out top cap. The light switch is press-fit into the Rene Herse Stem Tube, making it easy to remove for Rinko without tools. (You can also remove the top cap with a 1 mm Allen key.) It includes two gold-plated connectors that plug onto the terminals of the switch. Why gold-plated connectors? Gold doesn’t oxidize, so the connectors don’t loose their connectivity over time.

Important: The Rene Herse Light Switch can only be used with the Rene Herse Aluminum Stem and Rene Herse Stem Tube. It does not fit into 1″ or 1 1/8″ threadless steerer tubes.

Pro Tip: Align the light switch so that, when the lights are on or off, the corresponding symbols point straight ahead. That makes it easy to see whether your lights are on or off.
