26″ x 1.25″ Elk Pass Tire

$86.00

If you are looking for the fastest, lightest 26″ tire ever made, this is it. The Elk Pass weighs just 185 g and uses our Extralight casing and ultra-sticky tread rubber for the ultimate in suppleness and cornering grip. Thanks to its ultralight weight and small volume, it also is a great spare tire for emergencies when traveling off the beaten path with 26″ wheels.

We name our tires after the passes that inspire them: Elk Pass crosses between Loowit (Mount St. Helens) and Klickitat (Mount Adams) in the Cascade Range. The road is paved, but it has settled in places, and cracks have opened in the pavement. With these tires, you can set a personal best on the climb, yet roll down with the confidence that your tire will handle whatever the road throws at you. And thanks for their 30 mm width, the Elk Pass tires can also handle the gravel trails that branch off the main road.

Only available with Extralight casing that takes the performance, comfort and feel of your bike to an entirely new level. Tan sidewalls.

The Elk Pass requires tubes. We recommend Rene Herse TPU tubes.
