Rene Herse Fender Stay

For safety and quiet operation, fenders should have three attachment points. For front fenders, that includes an attachment in front of the fork crown, either on a rack or with a second fender stay. We sell fender stays individually for this purpose or for repairs.

Solid (not tubular) aluminum stays. They match the fender cross-sections – choose the stay that matches your fenders, as listed in the fender name (H80, H79, etc.).

Pro Tip: Bend the fender stay into an L-shape and attach it to the mid-fork low-rider eyelets. At the top, only one eyebolt is needed, since the section of the fender in front of the fork crown is relatively short.
